Hydraulink Hydratag System
The Hydraulink Hydratag System records the components that make up each particular hose. Details include the type of hose, its length, the fittings attached, etc. Once registered, these details can be accessed across the Hydraulink network, allowing faster response when a machine blows a hose.
A manufacturing technician records the hose and fitting details to a tag. They attach this tag to your hose so the machine operator can scan or call in the number on the tag when it blows. The Hydratag system notifies your nearest technician to begin making a new one.
At Gregory Engineering, we can set you up with Hydraulink Hydratags on any of the hoses you order from us. The minimal charge has the potential to pay back in dividends, reducing any downtime your team and machinery might have if a hose blows. You’ll also need to download the Hydratag App.
Four Easy Steps to Hose Replacement with Hydratag
- Hose repair required.
- Call your Hydraulink mobile Technician on 0800 80 66 66. They will link you to your closest branch.
- Use the Hydratag App to tap the tag and SMS the tag details to your mobile technician. Alternatively, simply quote the unique TAG ID number to your Mobile Technician.
- Your Hydraulink technician will arrive on-site with the exact hose & fittings required to replicate your hose, FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME.
