We opened our CNC Cutting Centre at our Picton premises almost a decade ago. Since then, we’ve been delighting clients in Blenheim, Marlborough and throughout New Zealand with precision cutting and supreme finishes.
CNC Waterjet Cutting Centre
Our abrasive waterjet machines have the ability to cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses, from metals and composites to glass and plastics.
The Jet Cutting Centre offers the fastest precision cutting in the industry by producing a supreme finish straight off the table. The abrasive technology provides higher hydraulic power at the nozzle, providing a supreme finish. With no heat-affected zone, components can be welded with no slow grinding preparation. With this proven combination, you can accurately cut complex geometries and corners efficiently and quickly.
Bed sizes range between 2000mm x 4000mm.
200 Tonne CNC Pressbrake
Our Durma CNC Pressbrake is the perfect complement to our cutting centre, with the capability to add folding alongside our cutting services.
