This programme helps us match your interests and hobbies to work available within our organisation. You may prefer diagnostics or design to fitting or fabrication, and we can accommodate that. Because we are a multi-department organisation, we can find the right place for you to flourish.
And if you join us from school, either through your school Gateway Programme or as an Apprentice, we won’t just teach you engineering; we’ll be equipping you with life skills.
